This original design by GatewayAlpha reversible, lightweight wooden heart pendant blends the symbols of faith and love in one gracious and unique fashion. This heart with cross pendant is hand carved in Desert Ironwood, a very sought after hardwood that can be found only in remote parts of the Arizona desert, a wood highly diverse in grain, making this wearable art pendant unique and one of a kind. This particular wood darkens with age, therefore by the time you will receive this pendant the wood might have settled into darker brown tones. The pendant is sealed with multiple layers of glossy wood lacquer that add a lot of shine to the piece. The pendant measures approximately 2" tall by 1.1" wide, and for a better visualization of its size please see the picture with the pendant next to a US quarter. The pendant comes with an adjustable 18-20" black Korea waxed cord with lobster clasp, ready to wear. The waxed cord has a shinny snakeskin like texture and is a great non-fraying alternative to leather. We recommend for this product to be removed before bedtime, workouts, showering or swimming.
